I used to visit the Marietta office frequently when I lived in West Cobb but recently visited this location for the first time due to moving. While overall my experience was ok, I am now changing practices because I was told they would submit a claim to my insurance about a procedure involving improving scarring. Excellent experience!! 5 stars! This was my first time visiting this location, and it was easy to find. The building, reception area and rooms were exceptionally clean. Masks were required and hand sanitizer was accessible at multiple points. The employees at the reception desk were prompt and kind. Plus, all of the forms I needed to fill out were sent over ahead of time through their online portal. I have been there twice for skin cancer screening. I was seen by Dr Hughes in 2020. He was very professional, informative and friendly, taking care of minor other issues I had. The staff was efficient and friendly. Waiting time for me was almost zero. I was taken to the exam room by the time of my appointment. In 2019 I had been seen by Dr. Herskowitz who also was very professional but retired in between.
