I wanted to share my experience with the clinic since there are some negative reviews. First of all, I have a history of melanoma in situ. My dermatologist did yearly skin checks until the 10 year mark when I was discharged. I have many moles that change and look suspicious and I worry constantly. It's months before I can get into my dermatologist and I need to have a spot I'm worried about to get an appointment. Finding this clinic has been such a relief and I'm happy to pay the fee for yearly skin mapping and skin checks j... read more

A family member referred me to this clinic. I was able to get an appointment in a reasonable time and the price is fair. A concerning spot was identified in the first appointment, biopsied the next week. The biopsy was covered by OHIP. The results were back within a couple weeks, and I was called by the doctor to explain what it was and referred to a surgeon. I had the spot removed yesterday, again covered by OHIP. First appointment May 7 and removal June 30. Would have been faster but I was away for a week. Excellent experi... read more

I have had a few screenings here and have not been given any results other than all is fine. This year I missed my appt as I had the time wrong by 1/2 hr, my fault, I know. I was told when I arrived that if I want to rebook there is a $90 missed appt fee plus the $180 for the screening. Got to love two tiered private health care that is all about profits. No thanks, not worth the $$$$! I wonder how much govt funding they receive?

Nurse Maureen and Nurse Stephanie were both fantastic—so professional, knowledgeable, and kind. They made me feel very comfortable during the entire screening, and I really appreciated how thorough they were. It’s rare to leave a medical appointment feeling this confident and cared for. Easily the best clinic experience I’ve had. Highly recommend!
