Incredible service as an alternative to the long waits for a dermatologist referral from a family physician. Instead of waiting 8 months, I booked an appointment online for the next day. Yes there is a cost outside of OHIP for the photo screening/mapping; however treatments are covered by OHIP and it is a small price for the convenience, professional service, ability to obtain minor treatment immediately, range of referral options if more significant treatment is required, and the piece of mind that comes from the photo mapp... read more
I've been sitting on pins and needles for 8 weeks now awaiting the results of a biopsy. As I was told I would be made aware of a positive or negative result. I left a message today in hopes of a return call but as it is nearly the end of business hours if feel this call is not coming. To leave people in the lurch like this is not only unprofessional its immoral. I know the labs are busy but 8 weeks wondering if you have cancer or what stage you may be at is a lot to bear.
First experience at this clinic, exceptional customer service from the moment I walked in to leaving. Reception staff person was lovely, Nurse Maureen was fabulous, exceptionally knowledgable, thorough and kind. This clinic gives me peace of mind and makes me feel like I’m in good hands. Highly recommend.
Nurse Maureen and Nurse Stephanie were both fantastic—so professional, knowledgeable, and kind. They made me feel very comfortable during the entire screening, and I really appreciated how thorough they were. Highly recommend!
There are no available slots, and they were unable to suggest other locations. Their response was simply to "try a Google search." Not even offer wait list. Is this place real?
