First off, they are all very nice people that work there, however, there is ZERO sense of urgency. They refused to prescribe Skyrizi for my eczema/psoriasis even though it has worked GREAT for me for over 5 years now. I understood their reasoning so I agreed to go on Otezla, which kept my skin at bay. Since they only prescribed one month, when it ran out the psoriasis literally exploded all over my body within 2 weeks. I never got any sense of concern or urgency as I had an appointment in 3 weeks. I guess I will never know if they are good or not. I was advised by another doctor I saw to see these people for a skin condition I had. The appointment I was given was for 4 months from the time I made the call. It seems they need more help, or someone qualified to triage the call to ensure that the person can wait 4 months. I cancelled.
Dr. Chung was supposed to be my MOHS surgeon but his nurse did the entire procedure which ended up being quite intense. The reconstruction went very wrong. It has left me with a huge scar across my forehead.
