First off, they are all very nice people that work there, however, there is ZERO sense of urgency. They refused to prescribe Skyrizi for my eczema/psoriasis even though it has worked GREAT for me for over 5 years now. I understood their reasoning so I agreed to go on Otezla, which kept my skin at bay. Since they only prescribed one month, when it ran out the psoriasis literally exploded all over my body within 2 weeks. I never got any sense of concern or urgency as I had an appointment in 3 weeks.
