I had a horrifying experience at this clinic and have serious concerns about the care I’ve received here. I do want to note that Dr. Katz and his medical assistant were professional and helpful. However, my experience with Dr. Rivlin’s team was extremely concerning. I have been a patient of Dr. Rivlin for over 10 years. He is an excellent doctor. Recently I called to change an appointment that I had already confirmed because I was called out of town unexpectedly. Imagine my surprise when I was told he was no longer taking appointments for skin checks. I was told I would be seen by another doctor if I came for the original appointment. Extremely profesional and knowledgeable DR.Katz and his team were right on target quickly handled my situation and recommended the right course of action, support staff presented a high level of courtesy and attention to detail... I highly recommend this practice.
