Walked off the street to ask about IPL treatment for my permanent bruising on my legs. Breanna took me in and did a test patch on both legs. She was so nice and so accommodating for me. I would highly recommend Vail dermatology!
Unfortunately, Epiphany Dermatology has super shady billing practices. It’s a shame that Vail dermatology sold out to them. The doctors there are great, but Epiphany Dermatology is a joke. Besides calling on 1/27 to discuss a billing issue, when I called again on 2/10, I was treated rudely, said there were no notes in my account that I called on 1/27 and therefore, Janae did not believe me that I had called. Breanna is the absolute best at laser treatments and facials. She is patient and kind and listens to your needs and concerns and makes recommendations to help you meet your skin goals.
