I had been going for a few years to get my lashes done, and eyebrow's. The lashes fell off in about two to four days, when they were supposed to last two weeks. When I asked for a discussion by reaching out to the merchant Alyssa, she stated it was due to me sleeping on them. I have a sleeping mask for my eyes to prevent lash extensions from falling out in my sleep. I asked for a refund, as this was close to $600. I have received no refund. I requested this in November. I had an intuitive facial with Sunnie over the weekend and it was incredible. She is such a great listener and very knowledgeable about her craft. The space she has created at Resonate Health Spa is beautiful and welcoming. It was so much more than just a facial, it was a ritual, a guided meditation, a rare spiritual experience. She opened my eyes to some new things about my skin (and my life) and really made me feel great. If I lived closer I would be a regular customer 🩷
