I understand that salons have cancellation policies in place to protect their time and business — and I completely respect that. But I was recently hospitalized for a heart attack, and I communicated the emergency as soon as I was able to. Despite this, I was still charged $148 for the missed lash appointment. I had been going for a few years to get my lashes done, and eyebrow's. The lashes fell off in about two to four days, when they were supposed to last two weeks. When I asked for a discussion by reaching out to the merchant Alyssa, she stated it was due to me sleeping on them. I have a sleeping mask for my eyes to prevent lash extensions from falling out in my sleep. I asked for a refund, as this was close to $600. I have received no refund. I requested this in November.
