This review is ONLY on Teresa. Teresa is a THEIF. I prepaid a $30 facial on 3/1/18 and Teresa is refusing to provide the service or give my money back, because I wrote a review about her on Groupon that she felt was negative. Originally I purchased a facial for $29 on Groupon for my birthday to try and relax since I never get anytime with a 1 year old. This was my first facial and she made the experience horrible. Never returning here again! No one is ever at the front desk to answer the phone. They make it nearly impossible to reschedule an appointment and they don't return voice messages. Nice people, but terrible customer service. I rather spend more money elsewhere!
