This was my 1st time at the Lancaster, CA. location although I’ve been a patient in AV in the other location for many years. I saw Johanna Bulmer and she was very good at listening to my concerns and addressing them and was very satisfied with her thoroughness. The scribe/ assistant, Chelsea, was fairly new but did a very good job at noting my meds and reasons for visit etc. The front office staff were friendly and efficient. My wife recommended the place as a good place and with respect
Very pleasant and friendy stuff. Loved the building ..clean and welcoming atmosphere. We were very please with the attention..fast and very professional.
Actually me, the wife, had the appointment. Never been to this facility, but was very clean and very nice looking. The gals that were working behind the desk were very pleasant and friendly. The doctor did a great job on the excision.
