They took money from card 10/25/16 on my B day. I was told the card was only to hold my reservation and if I didn't show I would be charged. Instead I showed up had cash in my hand and she charged my card then said she didn't but my phone said different. She also called the police and I still had to pay her and im waiting to get my money she said she didn't take back. She would be the owner of the place very unprofessional to a #1stTimeCustomer never going back...Bootleg spot
I cannot express how amazing Stephanie is. She was completely understanding when I had to reschedule last minute due to an illness. I went in today for brow and lip wax. She's super talented and very customer service oriented. I cannot wait for my appointment next week for my eyelashes. I highly recommend this place!!!
The spa smelled so good when I walked in, and I felt immediately calmed. I had a facial today and loved it. It was my first facial ever; Stephanie helped me decide which one would be right for my first time and skin type. The freshly ground cucumber eye patch felt amazing. My skin feels so clean, soft and overall rejuvenated; my service also included a massage which was so relaxing. I'm excited to book my next service with Stephanie.
