I’ve been alternating between Nina and Ruby for full face threading and eyebrows. Both do an amazing job with cleanliness, doing exactly what I ask for!
I usually visit for threading and always have a great experience. Today, I got my henna done by Ruby, and she did an amazing job! She's incredibly sweet and worked very quickly. The entire staff is always kind and welcoming—I truly enjoy every visit and the services they provide!
2021: I’ve been satisfied with this location and services in the past. Lately it’s not so. it seems they have just two people doing everything when the place is full of people waiting for diff services! No appointments given and no system to track the order people came! You just hope they remember the order. One impt thing is staff needs to talk to customers like we are adults and not with a frown like they’re doing us a favor here!!! Customers shouldn’t be talked to like kids!! Etiquette goes a long way to please customers.

I was referred to Ruby by a few of my coworkers that love her work. She did a great job!! I was worried about the pain since this was my first time getting my eyebrows threaded but it was very quick and easy!! I will definitely be returning & I highly recommend her.
