They should not get any stars since they would not honor the appointment I made. They made a mistake and inconvenienced me.
Whatever you do, don't buy a Groupon for this business. I was told initially that they would honor the price if I did not buy one. I think they were trying to use Groupon as a free advertising service without paying them. When I tried to use one yesterday, the owner shamed me in the spa telling me to use my "spa voice". Like my "inside voice" ... Lol. I won't be going back.

This was my first time going and I was very impressed with the service. Taylor did a wax and she did a wonderful job. She was quick and very down-to-earth. Now I'ma not one to switch from salon to salon so coming from Gould's to here was well worth it. I was extremely skeptical but take my word Taylor did a great job. FYI she seemed as though she really likes her job so that made the experience even better.
Prefect place for all yr skin care needs. I love the lip care
