Tyrone and Meek are amazing artists. They transformed both of my biracial sons' curly hair into wonderful styles. My kids have very different curly hair textures and they each knew exactly how to work with them. My kids are so excited with their fresh cuts. I give both Ty and Meek five stars and I highly recommend both them and Skillz Kutz.

Skillz Kutz Barber Shop is a beautiful new addition to the community. Rio has been my boys’ barber for years. His professionalism, skill, and genuine care are unmatched. As a single mom, I appreciate having someone I can trust who treats my sons with respect and pride in his work. I would like to start by saying there was a clear misunderstanding when I walked in the building because Chuck thought I was an appointment set for 8:00 a.m. which I was not I was a walk-in customer. For the first 15 years of my life I had a personal barber who came to my house and provided me with cuts in Boston, professional haircuts with a hot towel shave, facial massage, hot oils and the use of a vibrating hand tool as well as a hot air moisture fan. Tyrone is very patient with kids and has developed a great rapport with my son during the 3+ years that he has been our barber. We went from having to drag him to the barbershop to having him walk in, shake hands and climb right into the chair. We always enjoy a nice conversation and leave with a fresh cut. I also appreciate that the app is very easy to use and that Tyrone takes pride in running on time!
