The platform doesn't work. On the rare occasion it does the Forgot Password function and Contact Support function do not work. I continuously receive an error message. The site doesn't give contact information beyond the contact form.
My company Uses this platform we love it however for the last couple of days we haven’t been able to logon. Is anyone else experiencing the same issue? I’ve tried to reach out but haven’t received a response yet. I’ve noticed that the website look has changed, so I’m wondering if there’s just some work being done but if anyone has some information that would be helpful.
Our team began using SkillSets Online 3 months ago. Onboarding was super easy. The platform itself is intuitive and easy to use. So far our team has completed over 200 trainings using SkillSets.
Great team, they stay connected to make sure you know about new offerings, methods for ingesting the content, and to answer any questions you may have. Finding time to make the best use of all these training opportunities is the hardest part, and they have some good suggestions for addressing that too!
SkillSets online is a great value for the cost. The course library is extensive and applicable for our internal employees and consultants.
