RecommendedThank you Skillman! We were unlucky to have a flat tire. However, we were lucky that AAA sent Skillman out to rescue us! After the tech attempted to reinflate on the road, he changed to our spare and we followed him back to the shop, where they took the original off the rim to inspect. I would like to personally thank Sam for his outstanding service last week! My sister's battery died so we tried jumpstarting it with my mother's car then drained her battery...clearly didn't know what we were doing :/ We called AAA and Sam from Skillman was there in about 10 minutes after calling AAA which is unheard of! I thought it was going to be hours before someone showed up. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, very friendly, and didn't leave until he made sure both cars were ok! You know it is going to be a great company when a guy driving buy slows down and yells "try Skillman in Ipswich, they'll help you out." Skillman Services is amazing. The only tow to come out to pick us up when we were stuck even when other places were within closer range. Incredible service, timely, kind, and the price was $100 less than what any other company was quoting if they were willing to come help us out (which as I already mentioned, no one else would do). I highly recommend that everyone in the area go here for repairs. They don't give you the run around and they'll do everything they can to fix the problem with as little cost to you!
