Mike is an absolute gem. Very engaged, professional, hardworking. He gave candid advice, did the whole installation on his own, was courteous, and explained everything he had done in detail. Quality work. Acted like an owner, you could tell the level of care he put into his work to make everything work perfectly. The garage door has never run so smoothly and quietly. Had some trouble contacting the company by phone one day, but I'm so glad I tried again the next day. It was a pleasure working with Bill Jr, the owner, who was extremely knowledgeable, professional and ethical. Our garage door lift stopped lowering the door. Bill had it diagnosed as a travel module issue before my husband finished his short description of the issue and before assessing the lift himself. We have a leaning garage and after living in our house for over three years, discovered that our door completely rotted out and needed to be replaced.
