I rarely write reviews, but this one needs to be shared. I called to book an appointment with Emes, and Oksana — the owner — not only cut me off mid-sentence saying he doesn't work there anymore, but hung up on me without letting me finish. I was shocked. Her attitude was incredibly rude, dismissive, and frankly, full of vanity. A haircut is one thing — respect and basic professionalism are another. He takes his time on everyone making sure you have a perfect cut. Wish the neighborhood had him sooner than we got him

The lady is overly confident, asks a lot of unnecessary personal questions, and is a less than mediocre barber. She’s not able to make the beard symmetric or blend in a fade properly, and you need to point out the imperfections in her work. Prices are very high for a subpar haircut, and she also has the nerve to comment when you don’t tip. Very strange…not coming back again. The Turkish gentleman who used to work there is a way better barber and charged 3x less than this woman…
