Our initial impression last March was very positive, but after our intake and assessment interview in April, we kind of fell off their radar and never were called to begin services. Because of staff changes and a new structure, we were finally told that we would not be getting services for a long while, with a lengthy waiting list. Finally, the end of August, we were billed our co-pay for the interview and assessment. I am unwilling to pay these fees until my child is actually getting services (maybe in another month). The staff at Skill Sprout are amazing. They have helped me also, as a parent of a special needs child, to understand my son's needs. They are patient and always willing to take parent feedback and apply it to the goals of the child. This is a great place that I can trust to help my special needs child.
