I had my first ever bout and hospital visit for severe dizziness a month ago and was referred to Skill Builders. I met Jordan whose treating me and can't say enough. I've been treated less like a patient and more like a partner in the process. My experience with Skillbuilders Rehab was frustrating and felt like a poor use of time and money ($700). I was referred here for cognitive and road tests after a stroke. I have only left-sided weakness and no cognitive impairments. Before I even began any testing, the Occupational Therapist told me I would need adaptive equipment (a steering knob), driving lessons, and a reassessment—based solely on my physical presentation. Time for an update... 5 years later and I had surgery on my other shoulder :( After my excellent experience with J.R. for my left shoulder I went back for post surgery therapy for my right shoulder. I have to stop falling !!! His care and attention to detail has been invaluable. I am making headway but still have a long way to go before I regain full use of the arm.
