Having worked with Skilken in the past and plans for the future, I find this organization to very professional and a great partner.
Skilken owns shopping center, Johnny Appleseed, Mansfield, OH., and they have been in business of owning shopping centers for over 50 years, YET THEY HAVE LITTLE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE MAINTENANCE of them. Today, with a grocery cart full of groceries (eggs, glass containers, delicate items for home decor, etc.) my "short cart" ran directly into a big hole in the middle of the road, tipping the cart on it's nose with EVERYTHING SPILLING OUT, including my purse!!!!
