I ordered a pair of in-stock binoculars a week ago. My order was processed and I received a receipt. However the next day I received a “sales invoice” saying my item (and nearly every item on their website) is now on back-order. Further, they still charged my credit card! I do understand that there are expected supply issues, but why wait until a poor customer awakens your inventory? Knowledgable people, fair prices.
no reason to lol at someone on the phone. when they ask for shipping cost.. as your site wants email to go forward to shipping cost.. for 25 plus years since email. people make databases and sell your email to other companys ... its a real thing and the guy on the phone that it was funny.. I DONT THINK ITS FUNNY.. so it cost a 100 dollar sale.. goodbye

All their products are quality, and everything I have bought from them has delivered to my highest level of expectation. Great shop, staffed with great people.

Stopped down to get my telescope looked at and left with a new one! The gentleman i spoke with was extremely knowledgeable and just talking with him was worth the hour and 20min drive. Being a newb at advanced telescopes. This man didnt get short or cut me down. He walked me through everything! Deff. A above and beyond place!
