Yesterday at about noon I submitted a request for lodging options at Portillo, Chile. In the response email it said: If you made this request during normal business hours, you will hear from your Expert in the next few hours. Otherwise, look for an email tomorrow morning. It's been over 24 hours, checked my spam folder, haven't heard from anyone regarding this.
