Absolutely horrible experience. We were delayed in atlanta due to weather and missed our connecting flight. The next day we we woke up in Atlanta and our flight was cancelled to Jackson Hole. We decided not to go on our trip since we missed two days. We asked ski.com to send us a cancellation confirmation. They said we would not get our money back which is fine. We are going thru chase sapphire insurance. They are refusing to issue a confirmation cancellation so we can go thru the claim process with our credit card. Absolute... read more
I contacted this company about a trip. The woman referred me to someone who knew more about my preferred destination. I called the person and received an abrupt answer when I mentioned it was a large group trip. He could have worded it more professionally but instead chose to tell me he doesn’t do groups etc. He told me the group department would get back to me but it has been over a week and I haven’t heard anything. Yesterday at about noon I submitted a request for lodging options at Portillo, Chile. In the response email it said: If you made this request during normal business hours, you will hear from your Expert in the next few hours. Otherwise, look for an email tomorrow morning. It's been over 24 hours, checked my spam folder, haven't heard from anyone regarding this. Also, after submitting my Portillo request the Options page that came up said I'd be hearing from Anthony Luczkow. Then I selected the hotel as an option and the next... read more
