FINALLY!!!Oxana is the BEST!!! I have seen so many low-quality permanent makeup for eyebrows. Different colors, lilac, green, blue .... And for a very long time I chose a master to whom I can entrust my eyebrows! Oksana is just a super professional. ..she is knowledgeable and very attentive. I am so glad to have beautiful natural eyebrows and lips. I cannot express in words how grateful I am! I highly recommend her. I spent 3 hours on the road, since I live in LA.
