Kassi Pontious is one of the laziest realtors/brokers I have ever worked with in my 30 years of being a home owner. She put forth minimal effort and tried to talk us out of seeing more homes. She doesn’t like to show more than a couple homes. She also is rude and has zero personality.
We recently pushed our home with Stephanie and were blown away by the level of service she provided. We had what appeared to be a rather simple purchase at the beginning. Due to unforseen complications, our home purchased evolved into something far greater. Stephanie nimbly managed all of these complications and made it a smooth and convenient purchase.
Stephanie is an incredible Realtor. She is friendly, professional, and communicates very effectively. She helped us purchase a home, as we relocated from out of state. She was always available to answer questions and help in any way we needed. I would highly recommend her to anyone I know, looking to buy or sell a home!!
