#24 was dirty. The hot tub was 74 degrees and there wasn’t enough hot water to fill the indoor jacuzzi . There was a used washcloth on the shower head when we pulled the shower curtain back. Eww. Avoid this place !
I would not recommend this place at all. We stayed there on Oct 17, 2020 thru Oct 22. 2020 in house no 24. The ceiling fan in our bedroom and in the living room was full of dust and the fire place did not work and the burners on the right side of the stove did not work the knob on the dryer was removed and the washing machine sounded like a plane taking off. I am sure this has nothing to do with Covid 19 as I doubt that this just happened. I am sure other have complained about this.
RecommendedLove staying with ski mountain. Very friendly and accommodating staff and I always know my condo or cabin will be clean!. 205 is our favorite but have stayed in other condos although dated very clean and bug free. Beautiful views and my daughters love the pool. Most our days are spent in the forest so the condo is nice to come back to after a day of exploring. Also very fair priced

Great office staff. Condo #205 great place. Clean and excellent bed.
We have stayed with Ski mountain chalets a couple of times. Once in Hawks Nest, and once in Victorias Secret. Sadly, I don't see these listed on the website anymore, probably due to the fires. We had an awesome time, with the most amazing views, and the nicest staff that you could ever meet. When we can come back, we will be staying with Ski Mountain Chalets!
Stayed a week over July 4 th and had a wonderful time! Cabin was great and clean! Suzanne and Janet are always so kind and wonderful! We will not stay anywhere else!!
Disappointed that Ski Mountain Chalet Rentals has not responded in any way, after three business days, to my email listing concerns with cleanliness and maintenance my family and I had found with the cabin we'd rented over the July 4 extended weekend, #40, When Pigs Fly. As I said in my email there were certainly elements of the cabin we enjoyed, but we were certainly not expecting mice, insects, stained and apparently unvacuumed carpet, and grimy walls upon arrival.
