The management was going thru a complete turnover. There was no maid service, restaurant ran out of food and nobody had an answer to anything. Very frustrating as I have stayed here before and it was quite nice.
Lovely place. Very friendly staff. Only quibble was the bathroom was a little run down. Would still stay there again.
Our favorite motel. Very homey and comfortable but not fancy. Old school motel not a corporate cookie cutter sterile room. Note: has resident friendly kitties outside.
Wonderful and friendly staff! We didn’t plan to stay in flagstaff at all until we had car issues and had to put it in the shop. All staff went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable and even let us book an extra night, less than 24 hours in advance. Restaurant on site has lots of good food and drink options. Cabins are scenic and among lots of trees, making you feel like you’re miles away from the city, although in reality you are very close to shopping and entertainment. Would definitely recommend this place.

We were only there 1 night. The cabin was perfect for the 2 of us. They were a little short staffed, but not exactly their peek season, and they made up for it with personality. We had a great, relaxing time. And enjoyed the free breakfast.
