I completely mangled my bracelet, was quite amazed at the skill of their staff. My bracelet looks brand new, just so happy, could not be more impressed. Price of the repair was a mere fraction of what I thought it was going to be. LOVE LOVE LOVE this store. Nice to see good workmanship and quality coming from such nice people. They are all family, what a pleasure. Truly the American Way.
Oh My Gosh, I can not believe how beautiful my ring came out. I went in with my grandmothers ring which was damaged and looking rather shabby. When I picked up the ring I could not believe my eyes IT WAS BEAUTIFUL. My grandmother said it looked as good as the day my grandfather gave it to her. Will definitely be back, the personnel were helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Oh the prices were great too!!!
