Stopped by to get my first pair of new boots for a set of used skiis. Took about 10-15 minutes to get service on a slow day. Mark was with another customer and took a few minutes to judge my skiis before asking why I was there. He quickly asserted my skis may be not be "indemnified" for their services and products, suggesting they had little to offer. I went into Ski Country Sports to buy my first pair of ski boots and had an excellent experience. I’ve rented ski equipment my entire life, so purchasing my own boots felt a bit intimidating. After doing a lot of research, I chose this store because of their large selection and how helpful it was to browse all of the options online ahead of time. They repaired my skis with a core shot on the edge. Now they ski better than new! I will definitely be going back for all my skiing needs

Five stars for Aiden and the great customer service experience he delivered. I’ve been on the hunt for new snowboard boots and Aiden made the process simple and easy.
