I purchased a mountain bike from them inn2005, recently when I took it for a tuneup up the mechanic noticed a crack in the frame, in order to file a warranty claim I had to prove ownership which seemed impossible. When I called I hoped they might find some maintenance records. Claire searched their data base using various methods and was able to find a copy of the receipt!! Great customer service even after 20 years!!
We love Ski Country for all our gear and tune-ups! We’ve been coming here for many years and this family owned operation is the best. Their rental equipment is also top-notch, and the staff is super helpful. Mark recently helped me with a ski issue, and he was awesome—so knowledgeable and friendly. These guys really know their stuff!
We had an amazing experience at Ski Country Sports, thanks to Candela! We arrived early in the morning before heading to the slopes, completely unprepared for the unexpected rain. Candela was quick to greet us and immediately helped us find waterproof coats for the whole family. She was incredibly knowledgeable, efficient, and kind—making sure my wife and kids were properly outfitted so we could enjoy our day on the mountain.
