I had purchased a whirlpool French door refrigerator in March 2022. I also bought the three-year extended warranty. The refrigerator has died! I went in on Saturday and Trinidad in the office was so helpful! She looked up my paperwork and told me that she thought the refrigerator was still under warranty. Which I had not realized. Purchased a dryer and picked it up. Noticed the dryer had rhinestones inside of it and the lint catcher was full. I called the store because the appliances are supposed to be new. Manager was extremely rude and said they only test the dryers with shipping blankets. I wouldn't trust them to purchase the appliances, I'm pretty sure they're marketing some used appliances mixed in with the "new" horrible business
Right now I’m having issues with my dryer
The unit I got 6years ago is still going strong with no issues. I’m lookin to visit them again soon.
