Bad experience! Told them multiple times that our central air wasn’t working and they took 4 months to “fix it” and then it still wasn’t working, let them know and they did nothing! Other things took place too. Low quality places for high quality price. You’re lucky if you can get ahold of them and hopefully you don’t want a receipt for proof of paying rent! My experience was quite poor, unfortunately. I contacted Skel to view a property. A lot of people showed up. No surprise, it's a cute house and in good shape. I turned in an application on the spot. Steven said to at least 4 of us that a decision would be made that Thursday. I reached out several times after Thursday by email and phone to get status of my application. Two weeks later, no one has responded to me and the property is still listed for rent. They won't contact me, but they were happy to cash my application check.

We are truly greatful to have rented from this management company. The owner was fantastic and took great care of us and made sure if we had any issues it was rectified within days. If you are considering renting through Skel, you'll be extremely glad you did. Thank you Skel for everything and for making us feel at home!

Horrible Landlord. We did not get a dishwasher for 3 months after moving in despite it being in the lease. Repairs are not timely responded to. Our front door was cracked and never replaced before we moved out over 5 months later.
