disappointed. I knew what I wanted. even though I was at the counter area, the staff did not come to help. standing behind a counter while customers search the stock isn't helpful. I went across to Anaconda and found something else which wasn't the Sketches product I needed.
Went into sketchers 3/08 and spoke to Caitlin. This lovely lady helped me pick two new pairs of shoes and socks! Staff were very friendly and helpful will definitely be back

I was served by Andrew on 26/3 at 9.30am seeking a pair of school shoes for my son. Andrew was so helpful and professional. He had excellent knowledge about why my son wears through his shoes so quickly. Andrew then presented a Skechers shoe that will meet the demands of a very busy 9 year old child. He was down to earth friendly and feel it is important to say thank you for your service today.
