The first and probably the last time I’ll ever buy from Sketchers unfortunately due to this store’s terrible customer service. It was wonderful.
Our experience today like visits prior was excellent. The floor staff are very knowledgeable and go out of their way to find shoes to accomodate different needs whether from an ergonomic, health or lifestyle basis. We love the comfort of the brand and the general wear is always above standard expectations for price point.
Have been using Skechers almost for last 12 yrs and they lasted well. But last year bought 2 pairs of shoes and they didn’t even last for a couple of months, thought it would have been once off bad product, and bought a brand new expensive shoes again , daughter hardly used them 4 to 5 times and all the shoes started to ripped off, it’s peeling the skin.
