Left the Skechers Elizabeth store empty handed and disappointed. There were two staff members in the store, but neither of them made any effort to help. Both were too busy talking to each other about their dogs and future shifts while we were left to search through the displays and cross reference the stock instore online ourselves. We left without purchasing anything, with no help from the staff and apparently no stock of the five items we searched online for. It really wasn’t a great experience.

When I say that manager Shae went above and beyond, I mean she went ABOVE and BEYOND. Her professionalism, empathy and kindness is unmatched. We need more people in the retail industry like her. Thank you for your help and guidance with me purchasing new shoes for my needs.

I bought shoes from the shop but the size were not right so they told me to deliver the right size shoes to my address within a week but they didn’t and I came to the store to refund or get the shoes but they didn’t want to refund it or give the right size shoes. It was only around $45… Now they are successful to take $45 customer money without selling shoes… Everyone beware from the Skechers Elizabeth Shop SA.

Manager Shainee disrespected my parents in store. When I called to discuss the matter she hung up the phone. Accused them of having worn the shoes when it was given to us like that. Is this how Sketchers cheats people? Please buy from other stores and avoid at all cost.
