When I say that manager Shae went above and beyond, I mean she went ABOVE and BEYOND. Her professionalism, empathy and kindness is unmatched. We need more people in the retail industry like her. Thank you for your help and guidance with me purchasing new shoes for my needs.
I bought shoes from the shop but the size were not right so they told me to deliver the right size shoes to my address within a week but they didn’t and I came to the store to refund or get the shoes but they didn’t want to refund it or give the right size shoes. It was only around $45… Now they are successful to take $45 customer money without selling shoes… Everyone beware from the Skechers Elizabeth Shop SA.
Manager Shainee disrespected my parents in store. When I called to discuss the matter she hung up the phone. Accused them of having worn the shoes when it was given to us like that. Is this how Sketchers cheats people? Please buy from other stores and avoid at all cost.
Went to sketchers and although I didn’t find exactly what I was after I am very pleased by the immaculate service provided by Linda And John! The store was quiet when I came in however the atmosphere was very welcoming thanks to these two. They both gave their undivided attention towards helping me seeing as I was the only person in store at the time. They created such a fun experience and I recommend everyone to visit the Elizabeth store as the staff here are some of the best!
