On visiting the store at Park Beach Plaza, Coffs Harbour I saw families, elderly folk & single shoppers trying the fit & styling of the various options on offer. I was served in a timely way by a pleasant assistant to purchase a $100 gift voucher & I was satisfied knowing the gift was the perfect choice to pass on & with confidence. If you see a girl with blonde hair color and fake long eyelashes, change your mind of shopping on that day. Go on some other day. She doesn’t know how to provide customer service.
Today my elderly parents went into sketchers Coffs Harbour and could see they were extremely busy and under staffed. At the counter the lady was having some trouble with the registered and my parents say they’ll come back tomorrow as they could see she was stressed. The lady then offered to hand deliver them this arvo to sawtell when she finished work!!!!this is amazing service and very happy customers…ignore any previous reviews about bad service because this is not at all what we experience. She went above and beyond
