I shopped in Coffs Harbour store on the 11/8. I’ve been having trouble finding shoes to fit since having a double knee replacement but thanks to the lovely lady that helped me I found 2 pairs (slip in Bobs) and really comfortable socks. She was so patient and helpful. Best customer service I’ve had in a long time. Well done Thank you
Shop worker was rude
I went in there today and saw these two very helpful girls shay and tahli. They were very kind and did an amazing customer service couldn’t ask for two better sales people than them!
On visiting the store at Park Beach Plaza, Coffs Harbour I saw families, elderly folk & single shoppers trying the fit & styling of the various options on offer. I was served in a timely way by a pleasant assistant to purchase a $100 gift voucher & I was satisfied knowing the gift was the perfect choice to pass on & with confidence. I recommend Sketchers to the shopper looking for the perfect personal footwear or gift to treat someone they love. Thankyou, regards Mart.
If you see a girl with blonde hair color and fake long eyelashes, change your mind of shopping on that day. Go on some other day. She doesn’t know how to provide customer service.
