The two stars are for the young team member who was extremely helpful, she listened with interest and respect to the shoe style and preferences we voiced. The experience was quite positive until the senior(older 40ish) staff member returned and inserted herself into the sale and repeatedly pointed us to the styles we specifically said we weren’t interested in. Recommend Lily and the team very professional
Each time its wastage of time. Staff needs to be trained. They even talk badly and treat you badly.
Had to wait over 20 minutes for a specific shoe size while other customers who asked for sizes after me received them instantly. After asking other team members for help they also told us to wait even though they were providing other customers their shoes instantly. Ended up leaving as there was zero care to us and wait times exceeded 30 minutes
