A week ago I had to take back a pair of i got. Unfortunately I can not remember the two lovely staff's names that were there but they were so helpful for a new pair of work shoes. Previously I had the manager help me who was also extreamly friendly and helpful
Store had a reasonable amount of stock available. It was tidy. Staff were friendly and helpful. Reasonable location.
Considering how busy the store was and a Saturday afternoon, The staff Were attentive and helpful. We felt looked after properly. Thank you, ladies for your services yesterday.
I had the most beautiful shopping experience at Skechers Point Cook this morning. I was probably the very first customer, turning up just after their 9am opening. I knew what I wanted and was immediately attended to by a cheerful lady - Louise. The entire 50 mins of interaction, trying on multiple shoes and having laughs at the same time was lovely! I went home with 2 pairs of new shoes and can't be happier! Fantastic service, well stocked store and I will be back.
