Poor customer service
My new shoes fit well after the first fitting, and I'm quite happy with the order. My sales consultant, Lilyrose, was knowledgeable about the product, not at all pushy, and gave me some fashion advice on what colors and styles would look good together. Highly recommend Sketchers !
Visited Skechers expecting decent customer service but left disappointed. Two younger staff members were busy chatting to each other and did not acknowledge me or offer any help, even though the store was quiet. Eventually an older staff member asked if I needed assistance. I showed her the shoe I wanted and asked for my size, but I was brought a completely different pair. I bought a pair of shoes, wore them once and had a huge blister on my heel. Felt along the back/side and clearly felt a bump on the heel, which was causing the rubbing. Also took them to a shoe repair person who confirmed this [said it was in the lining] and suggested I take them back. I did this and spoke to the RUDEST woman I have ever come across, supposedly the manager named Amanda! Rude and unhelpful service at the counter today. Very disappointed with the staff, especially the lady at the counter. Sadly, I won’t be visiting again after such a humiliating experience.
