Wow, today I went into Skechers Hornsby and was greeted by a lovely young lady named George. I was asked if she could help and I said I was looking for a pair of shoes as I had a gift voucher. This young lady was very happy to size me as I had no idea. I picked out at least 5 styles I like. George spent at least half an hour pulling out the sizes I needed. My experience Skechers in Hornsby was quite different from Macquarie store. Tom met us with a smile and he was very helpful with our purchases. In Macquarie the sale staff very unfriendly and not interested to sell you shoes.
I was really pleasantly surprised by the level of customer service I received here recently. I had to exchange a pair of shoes that I bought online and the experience was so easy, and that was possible because of the staff in here. George (female) and Tom were both so helpful and courteous I left the shop thinking that Sketchers were very lucky to have them working for them. I hope that management gives them a pat on the back as they are fantastic young adults with a large service ethos. Great to see.
Omg the customer service is amazing! The brand definitely cares for customers & their comfort and you can see that through the staff. Will definitely be purchasing more shoes from them in future 🙏🏼 👟
