In my lifetime, I have purchased 7 homes, and have sold 4. This realtor is the worst I have ever worked with. No communication, doesn't return calls emails. I have gone weeks without hearing from them despite leaving numerous voicemail and emails. I live out of state and therefore relied on them to do the job I contracted them to do. Do not work with these people, there are too many good realtors out there who want to work hard for you. These aren't one of them.
