**uodated** After all this below, they are accusing me of threatening them with bodily harm. All this just to fix what they should have done. Maybe they are trying to save face? Liars on top of terrible service. We got my daughters car back with the interior wet. When asked why, the owner stated it was because of the shampoo. I asked if all cars they send back is wet, her response was no. Yet she said it was ok for them to send our car back to us wet. No option to fix the issue, and the owner was absolutely rude.
