Tammy Leonard of SKC Properties is one of the most hateful, demeaning, and dishonest property managers I have ever met. She treats her clients like trash and harasses them constantly. She also tries to force tenants to use Zelle to pay rent, when there is nothing in the lease that specifies that. If you try to pay by check, she posts a 3-day notice on the door. I recommend using anyone else but Tammy Leonard.

Tammy is an excellent property manager! She has such a fun, no nonsense personality that allows her to do her job well, and make you love her at the same time. You will absolutely nor be disappointed in the service she provides. Highly recommend her and skc!
