I've popped in multiple times to grab gear for hockey, and every single time, the staff were extremely helpful, friendly and were answering questions I didn't even know I had to ask. I'd recommend this store over any other! Fantastic spot!

Source for Sports North Bay was chosen as the printer for the provincial softball tournament. Unfortunately, there were 13 girls who went home extremely disappointed this weekend as the wrong thing was printed on all their sweaters. The company refused to refund or make this right. Be sure to call first and ask exactly what will be printed on the jersey as not one of us got the right thing or what was ordered. Better yet do not order online - just get it done right when you are there observing.
Amazing service as always! Excellent staff and extremely helpful. Had some issues with my sons skates on fitment and they took them back and made sure he was comfortable with another pair and ready for the ice. Very friendly staff. Thank you
My family and I went in on Saturday May 17/25 Braedon was instantly helpful and approached us with a no pressure pitch on baseball cleats. He made a couple of good suggestions and essentially gave me the pair that would give me the best value for my dollar. He did not just suggest the most expensive pair and leave it at that.
