I took in a toggle necklace for possibly a bigger bar. It kept falling off. I was told there was a small space in the last loop of the chain. The chain never had come apart nor put back together. She then asked "Is this sterling?". I responded yes. She replied "We don't work on sterling". You can take it across the street to Michael's. An arts & crafts store. Pretty woman syndrome!! THE NERVE!!!!!

Staff is very friendly. I brought in a ring I purchased from another jeweler and they resized my ring free of charge. Much appreciated. Would definitely make a purchase with them in the future.
I read the positive reviews for Skatells and boy they are spot on! Jason and the staff were fantastic in making sure I got the perfect ring. They are not pushy, were patient as I tried on several different rings to find what I wanted, and are extremely knowledgeable, answering all the questions I had. Prices are reasonable and I now have a beautiful new ring! Jason kept in touch with updates on my order and went way above and beyond making sure I got my order in time. Skatell’s is now my go-to jeweler in Charleston!!
