MY KIDS LOVE THIS PLACE!!! My daugther firt went to skate depot during her friend's birthday party. She was in the first grade. She had a great time there. Then I took my family there and found stake depot to be very nosiey and the staking ring was smaller then I thought, Well, its only a bunch of skaters going around in circles. So, while my daughter was skating, my wife and I got hungry, so I bought some pizza and pretzel. I advice is, bring your own food.......the staff is just OK, not the friendliest employees. The place... read more

Need some REAL DJs that Know how to please the masses Well, I have gone for several Friday Gospel nights....wow, can't tell if the music is GOSPEL most of the time, the DJ just sets the music to play and goes out to skate and show off but doesn't really play traditional or even popular gospel music...the music is not played with skating in mind...suggestions have been made to play more traditional or top 100 gospel music but no changes have yet been made...mostly the music is boring and not popular...the refs are, well, cord... read more

Skaters go here I don't really skate well, and going here didn't help. All you basically do is skate around in circles without anyone helping you out. Gets boring after a while. This place is basically for people who go out dating and for children. Dates will hold hands while they skate and children will hold their parent's hands while they also skate.

Not Quite Ultimate Birthday Party This was our second birthday "Ultimate Birthday Party" experience at Skate Depot. Last year, the hostess was helpful, music was great, and the Sat. afternoon session was perfect for the kids, all of whom were under 11 yrs. of age. This year, the music was too loud to even begin to shout at one another, the quality of rental skates was actually a safety hazard, as was the quality of the rink itself. There were older people who were not too aware of the children on the rink, and the host was t... read more

Skate Depot The popularity of Skate Depot kind of waxes and wanes with the popularity of skating itself. The cost is comparable to taking your kids to the movies. Two hour skate sessions for kids start at $5.50 with a $2.00 skate rental charge. Adults are $8.50 with a $2.50 skate rental charge. There are group lessons (7 weeks for $60), afternoons and evening sessions and theme nights (couples, parent/child, etc.) The best time to go is with an organized group, such as a special night with your school. Skate Depot is in a go... read more
