This incompetent Lawyer goes above and beyond to bend the law. Let’s start with filing an Unlawful Detainer against someone who had already moved out over 5 months prior, due to code enforcement violations and uninhabitable living conditions with one of those conditions being a collapsing wall. Brian Skarbek is not only a great lawyer, but a very kindhearted person. I had a difficult tenant situation and Brian gave me timely and useful info that allowed me to go to a deposition on my own without incurring more attorney fees. Because of the information I was armed with by Brian, the tenant’s lawyer offered up a settlement and we ended the dispute without a full deposition and without a court battle.
