My family was visiting from out of town this weekend, and we met to walk around town and enjoy holiday sights. We stopped into the bakery to warm up with coffee and a snack. My chilly, teething 12 month old was getting fussy pretty quickly. My mom bought him a plain shortbread cookie that seemed to completely MELT in his painful little teething mouth. He LOVED THEM.
