Recently my husband went to Skalitzky Jewelers in Waunakee for an anniversary present for me. My husband doesn't shop much, and isn't super comfortable picking out jewelry, but he had an idea. He wanted to just get a small heart shaped charm to resemble the very first necklace he bought me many years ago. He said the salesperson he worked with was so nice and very helpful. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I love that the jeweler (I think his name is Bill) is in house and nothing gets shipped off to get fixed. I will definitely be back!

Very disappointed with the service when I visited today. I am newly engaged and stopped by to ask if the ring that my fiance purchased seemed to be the correct size. The ring was not purchased from here but all I wanted was an experts opinion of the size. The saleswoman said "Shame on you for not buying your ring from here." There was no congratulations on the engagement or understanding that the rings available could be out of our price range. After this experience I wouldn't even consider going back.

I just recently had one of my grandmothers rings resized. They had it done in two days! Not only does it fit perfectly there is no blemishes from the work! Beyond pleased with the customer service and repair service.
