Haul Yard Waste Here It's easy to dump your yard waste at Skagit Soils. Drive over the scale when you arrive, dump your stuff, drive back over the scale, and pay for the difference. The price is reasonable--I have never managed to come up with enough weight to go over the $5.00 base fee. The people are nice, too! Once I had to make multiple trips because I only had a small car.
