I was disappointed that I have to ask for another referral to see another specialist. This has taken so long as I started with my primary care facility early April.
It was ok but everything i need a prayer it seemed I needed a referral. Even from a doctor in the same building.
Love the staff. Didn't love the 40 minutes I waited to go into the office to wait another 15 minutes. Double booking isn't something I care to be a part of. Staff felt bad for the wait, and kept apologizing. It was ridiculous and happens there often, unfortunately. Dr. Vellinga is worth the wait, otherwise I would find elsewhere to go.
It is always a welcoming atmosphere, nurse's are so helpful and understanding. Both my shoulder Dr s are down to earth, definitely tell you the true about you situation. Thank you
