I recently experienced a difficult situation needing prompt attention. The clinic staff responded efficiently and I saw a Dr immediately. The labs were done on-site during the same visit. Some concerns arose over a weekend and the clinic’s on-call Dr personally spoke to me to resolve the issue. I’ve been a patient at Benson Family Medicine for a couple years now and have always appreciated their friendly service and quality of care. the girls at front desk so welcoming. nurses kind and helpful Dr.Jennifer the absolute best. I love them and always come away with questions answered. highly recommend.
Open and inviting and very attentive. Listened and answered questions. Explained his thinking about what he recommended and willing to work within my own system and values. Even a virtual appointment was good and got me started on the new path. Very much recommend this clinic and the atmosphere they provide.
