I would recommend this office. Doctor and staff are professional and knowledgeable. Appointments are on time, no long waits. Steps were explained to me in order to resolve said foot pain. I don’t feel abandoned with no resolve to pain or diagnosis.
DO not use messmer. I was warned by an employee of anacortes island hospital that felt he was unprofessional and inept. I made the appointment anyway because of pain and I left wishing I had heeded island hospital's advice.
your staff members have absolutely no skills with costumer service on the phone, unprofessional and rude Costumer service! that's all i have to say
