Dr. Cui did not spend quality time with me addressing my concerns and pain! Told I needed an MRI and would need to wait for authorization; would not give me nothing for the pain. Stated I would need to go to ER for that! No wonder ER is so busy. Also stated I needed PT. No offer was made to give an injection in the back at all. Also told we would need to wait 2-7 days for the authorization for the MRI to come thru. If he was a pain specialist, he badly failed. This was not my wife's first rodeo with back pain. I’ve been seeing Dr. Seib for a few years dealing my Crps, he is listens intently to me and offers great advice and insight. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
Dr. Seib listens to the patient and spends the time to explain his recommendations.

I was in for my bulging disc in my lower back, L5-S1. When dr Cui arrived it was all very cookie cutter, the usual “resist my push” in certain body parts, only, it was so fast and not even monitored I wasn’t sure the point of it. Anyway, once we got down to the main reason of the appointment, he never discussed my MRI’s with me, never explained what was happening.
